Difficulty Making Payments?
If you are having difficulty in repaying your Scotcash loan there are a number of ways we can assist you:
If you are unable to meet one of your Scotcash repayments then you are able to take a payment holiday. All that we ask is that you contact us three working days before your direct debit is due in order for us to hold out your payment (see below table). You can also contact us if you want to reduce or increase your repayment(s).

If your circumstances change for what ever reason and it affects your ability to repay the loan, please contact us immediately and we will look to help you in whatever way we can.
If you are experiencing problems with other areas of your finances and require help you can also contact an independent Citizens Advice Bureau money adviser in confidence on : 0141 276 0523 or 0141 276 0521. Help and advice will be given to assist you with any worries you have regarding your finances.

We understand that from time to time everyone's circumstances may change. And all we ask is that you keep us informed and we, in turn, will do everything we can to assist you. What charges will I have to pay if I miss my Scotcash payments?
Scotcash will not charge you if you miss a payment, however, you may receive charges from your bank if you don’t have enough money in your account to cover your Scotcash payment. These charges can be as high as £39 for some banks, so please make sure you inform us in plenty of time to cancel your payment.
