Money Advice
At Scotcash we believe in providing our customers the best level of service and advice possible, that is why we offer a money advice service in our branch. This is available to everyone and can be used for:
- Problems with household bills, such as rent, gas, electricty, phone, etc
- Help with dealing with debts on which you have fallen into arrears
- A quick benefits check to ensure you are claiming everything you are entitled to
- Helping with benefit problems
- Assisting with budgeting issues
- Plus any other issues which you feel impact on your financial stability.
Our money advisers are independent and provide a completely confidential service.
Customers who are opening bank accounts for the first time can also talk to one of our advisers about how best to manage their bank account in order to avoid bank charges.
